The behaviors after visits are bad enough, but to have to worry about vehicle safety too? Give me a break. I'm sure the state can take a minute to make sure their staff are properly trained in transporting, especially when that's their main JOB. <br /><br />Maybe you could be the one to write a book on foster care.
